BRING A FRIEND DAY / TRAINING DAY

Due to low attendance numbers on Melbourne cup weekend centre points scoring is suspended

and we spend the morning taking more time to improve the athletes techniques. They may also

bring a friend along who can try little athletics for themselves. 30TH October 2010

FAMILY FUN DAY

Mums an dads get ready! This one is for you. Show your children how it's done. We invite all

family members to come along on 12th March 2011 and participate in some fun activities with

the athletes. Varied events will be held (many non-strenuous) to give everybody a good laugh and

see out the track and field season. There will be plenty of novel events for children and plenty of prizes

OPEN DAYS

Open days are conducted by many centre throughout the year in track and field, relays, multi-

events and cross country.

After paying a small entry fee your child can compete against others from many centres with

medals, ribbons and certificates being awarded to recognise their efforts. More details are

available from Sherbrooke's Team Manager and the Events Calender.
